I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my appointment. This was my first experience with your salon, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.
From the outset, the conditions were far from ideal. The technician, Sandy, appeared to be unwell, exhibiting symptoms of a cold or flu, including sniffling and coughing. Despite this, she was not wearing a mask for a significant portion of the service, only putting it on after a severe coughing fit. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold, and despite my repeated requests, the heater was not turned on.
Furthermore, the quality of the service itself was unacceptable. Technician caused a cut on my eyebrow & upper lip and failed to offer an apology. She also used wax that was excessively hot, resulting in a burn mark on my face. When I brought this to her attention, she initially dismissed my concerns. It was only after repeated requests that she provided ice. Throughout the appointment, I had to repeatedly ask for adjustments, including the wax temperature. The service was also interrupted by multiple door knocks, disrupting the already unpleasant experience.

I’m super happy with my Brazilian Botox hair treatment and haircut by Pam. Friendly staff and relaxing vibe - highly recommended Pam. Never had this surprising experience before in New Zealand. There’s no words, but great experience and will definitely be returning.Thank you PAM❤️

I decided to get foils as my hair was too dark. Even tho I thought I wanted ash blond I ended up going for Pam's recommendation of a cool brown and it turned out exactly as I was hoping. She also fitted me in on the same day knowing she had another appointment and got it all done in 2hrs. Great experience and will be back. Thank you 🙂

I had the most incredible experience with Pam From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and truly skilled at their craft. Had my eyebrows and lashes tinted, eyebrows shaped and full facial wax and neck and ax for peach fluff. Took 45mins unread if the anticipated 2hr 10 mins, the beautician was lovely and friendly and so were the staff when I walked in🙂 Very happy with my shaped, darker brows and eyelashes, thank you 😊
